• Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or size exchange, as long as the item meets the conditions below:

    • Item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    • To request a return, please contact us at admin@cozee.com.au before sending your item back

    Important Notes

    • Sale items: We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale, clearance, or marked-down items — please choose carefully

    • Underwear: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear

    • We reserve the right to adjust your return method if items arrive in a condition that does not comply with our returns policy

    Your Consumer Rights

    This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
