COZEE RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Cozee, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns (Full-Price Items Only)

We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.

You may choose either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit, or
  • Exchange for another item

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be clean and without pet hair or enviromental impacts (we will decline a refund due to this)
  • All tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

We recommend trying your items on as soon as they arrive to ensure the best fit within the return window.

 

Sale & Clearance Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale.

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless deemed faulty.

 

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

    • Sale items: We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale, clearance, or marked-down items — please choose carefully

    • Underwear: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear

    • We reserve the right to adjust your return method if items arrive in a condition that does not comply with our returns policy
